go to a moto shop, ask if they have any old ones... Be hella cheaper than getting $100 mtb POS versions

I have a THE one sitting around. its pretty big, not moto big but big enough to look dorky on a ht ;) Reasonable nic. $15 pm me

If you want a really good mud guard, get in touch with the importer of Mud Machine Mountain Bike Fenders, They kick the ass of all other fenders out there. Go to www.mudmachine.com for info on them, they do come at a price though, (about $90).
