Sorry Stina Joey asked me to post in here for her ..

1 x 9.5 cm stainless plate with 8 screws = Ouch - :(

Please wish her a speedy recovery for the National Champs this year ..

Joey is already back on the trainer cranking out the KM to keep the
legs and the doc said she could hit some road KM in 3 weeks if
she feels up to it so onward from here ..

Foxy did that on the old bathurst rd trail, didn't she? I was at the bike shed last week, told them i was going for a ride there and they told me about her busting her shoulder on it...
