I'm planning on making a trip out your way from North Vancouver, BC, CAN. I'm wondering what spot in AUS I should hit up. I'm into fast, smooth or steep, technical downhill.

I won't be coming until May, but I want to start planning

What states do you plan on visiting? There are so many great dh tracks here. If you're coming to Sydney let me know and I'll send you some maps.

Hi Don't forget Tasmania when you're planning. We've got some great downhill tracks, quite close together, ie. you can drive easily from one end of the state to the other in 3 hrs. I'd be happy to show you around, and go for a ride!

Sound awesome. I don't have any definate plans right now, but I want to go wherever there is good riding. I want to check out Tas for sure.

go see the reef and all that crap..
then spend some time out a kuranda downhill track, stop in at palmers for a few runs, then go try your luck at copperlode dam. then blast back to the past with pushruns up to the top of smithfields world cup dh track, fast and flowing last time i went down it.

if you want to know directions and all that essencial info about the tracks round cairns pm me.

its well worth spending some time dh'ing up there, alot of people out every weekend, good crew, tropical atmosphere.
