CTMBC gave away a nice Violet DH hub from aireal last night along with 3 headsets for the end of series give aways.

When my number came up in the random number plate I was so tempted to keep it myself.

Bit of a shame about aireal. I really liked their products, and never had one fail.

Its always a shame when a small business has to close or refocus as this one did. Hopefully the trackies will be more generous.:D

That's some bad news... I'm very fond of the product these guys offered(especially the hubs). I've had one of their switch system hubs for about 5 years and it is still going strong. It'll probably still be around when i'm old and grey. Sorry to hear the news...:(

When Mick gave me the call a couple of months ago with the "thanks for everything BUT...." I was confused as I thought they were rollin` quite well there under New Management, but alas it`s all over.
Having said that, if there are any other Bike Shop people out there that used to deal with them, they still have random stock avail.
I`ve managed to squeeze 1 more 150mm hub out of them.:)
