Anyone got a an old set of LX V-brakes? I'm fixing up a '97 Brodie Expresso(Vancovuer co) and the brake arms are toast on it.

If so, whatcha want for 'em? :)

No, v-brakes are linear-pull brakes.... the ones you describe are old school cantis.

Yeah it's for my wife, wouldn't mind throwin some disk brakes on it but that means having to buying new wheels, can't afford it right now!

hey i got a deore brake set for da front, and only rear lever and cables for the rear, i could do it 30 bucks for all.
