Obviously no-one has ridden this for a while. We slashed our way down today though major overgrowth for the first time and it seem to be a nice fast trail (those planks are a bit slippery though). Why did everybody give up on it? Or is the push back up just to much effort.

I don't think it was a very good use of the land. It seemed to just drop down pretty quick, blink and it is over and then you got to walk way the heck back up it.

Is this the trail at the top of lefty which stems off to the right? If so, that was the worst track ever.

Josh,

I think he might be talking about the track on the bottom track in Jubilee Park. The one with a few bits of northshore on it that had several steep bits. If it is this track and I am probably wrong, it was not neglected but rather forceably closed by the council.

Yeah the one next to lefty, there seems to have been so much work put into it to be just left there.

Tommo,

Are you talking about the track at the top with all of the jumps at the start and then a rock drop about one quarter of the way down. If so that is Chompy.

Cheers
Ryan

Pretty sure its that hell dodgey 'track', right at the top of lefty. Chompy doesn't have planks etc.

Seriously though, the track was a shocker!
