How old is the frame and components i.e. model year and total mileage?
Do you know (roughly) the total weight of the complete bike?
Also how tall are you (just so I can get an idea of sizing)?

gruppo year is 2004. chainrings/chain/cassette replaced about 8 months ago and has done only a couple thousand km's since.
re sizing, im 6foot1ish.
bathroom scale weight, as is [including pedals, cages etc] is approx 7.5kg.
