Item: Avanti Manik 7005 frame
Location: Northern Suburbs, Melbourne
Item Condition: Excellent, very close to new!
Reason for selling: Surplus
Price and price conditions: !!!SOLD!!!
Extra Info: Below
Pictures: Yerp above
Up for sale is a Avanti Manik 7005 aluminium hardtail frame. Frame is a 2005.
The frame is a funny emerald green/black in colour and comes with a truvativ seatpost, specialised seat, seat clamp.
The frame measures a medium, which is 17in from the top of the seat tube to the middle of the bottom bracket, although it seems to ride much smaller than that.
Frame weight is 2.2kg which seems pretty good.
I'm 6ft 1 and had no problems with the size, and likewise others down to around 5ft 6 have loved riding this size.
I have also ridden this to work a few times, and due to it's light weight, it was a rather comfortable ride.
The frame uses a euro bottom bracket which means you can run bmx or mtb cranks with ease. It also features vertical dropouts, an IS disc mount, and vbrake mounts. A hanger is included with the frame.
Ideally suited to someone who wants to do some harder xc, but then drop the seat and have a laugh at the local jumps. Or, an ideal 4x weapon.
If you have any questions ask away in this thread.
