Hello folks.

I have had a look at the stromlo website but i cant tell. is mt stromlo open and will it be in the july school holidays?

Basically, Stromlo is open 24/7/365 but it restricted for certain events and the access to parking and the road to the top is limited.

Generally, the road to the top os open 0600 to 1800 daily.

The Access gates to the event village are open 0600-1900 in Winter and 0600-2100 in Summer (daylight savings).

The Mountain gets booked out for certain activities - in other words, you have to have entered those events to ride or be a spectator at the event to get in. Some examples:

. World Cup events (24-31 Aug 08
. CORC's Australian 24Hr Champs (11/12 Oct 08)
. National Champs 23-26 Jan 09
