Hey I'm not 100% sure on how the sizing works on a roadie so I'll just list everything I can... :)

Top tube is 54cms, seat tube is 52 cms, down tube is 63cms, chain stay is 40.5 cms and Seat stay is 48. I am 5"11 and it suits me great. Standover is 765mm.

The top tube/down tube were measured centre of headtube to centre of BB/seat tube. The seat tube was top of the seat tube to centre of BB, chain stays and seat stays were centre of axle to centre of BB/seat tube.

Hope that helps, but if there is anything I have missed/any more info you want just let me know!
