Howdy, i'm thinking about building up a new rear wheel for my avainti hotdog i'm either going to go a 26" mavic D321 or a 24" Dice 24. what hub do you guys think i should go i've got XT discs. i'm not really keen on shimano hubs either. any help would be awsome.
why aren't you keen on the shimano hubs?
Aireal hubs are quite nice, Australian made.Check out the web site

Shimano hubs are crap, they break axels all the frigin time. Aireal hubs are real good and not too expensive. If money is no issue then hadley and hope hubs are the shit.
Dice rims are crap i think. They're strong, but really heavy. Mavic 321's are lighter and just as strong and 24 inch wheels are pointless. Why do you want a 24 anyway?

I have Dice TwoSix and TwoFour rims on my bike now, but as im selling my other ride and upgrading to new forks/new wheels and new XT discs - i have the option of buying Dice again or looking into something else (perhaps atomic?) and maybe aireal hubs.
Mason, how much do those atomlabs hubs run in @?
