Places to ride Hornsby area.

Hi all
New to this Mountain biking.Thought I would introduce myself and find out where people go riding around my area.
I am in the middle of buying a dirt jump style bike and am looking at finding some tracks to go riding on.
As the heading states I live in the Hornsby area.

Gday Sam, welcome to farkin!
There is heaps of stuff around the area mainly just ride around the bush untill you find something, many people dont like to reveal their trails online but ill tell you the ones I know of. There are some jumps at "cherry hills" down the back of Penno high, but there pretty massive if your just starting out.
I would highly recomend tracks around Pennant Hills park, in the NP there is some pretty cool trail riding, if you interested send me a PM (private message) and we can meet up sometime.

Usually people do not want to reveal trails over farkin because they don't want people stuffing it up or even they might not be the original builders..
But there are no current legal trails in hornsby to my knowledge, but you can venture out to oxford falls (not sure if oxy is legal but its so damn popular and well-known).. you'd probabally like terry hills BMX track aswell

I do know of some trails but i'm probabally not going to reveal them because i'm not the original builder so i have no right to say anything.
But have a look around and even search "hornsby" on farkin, you could maybe find some that way
