hey guys i've got a 2005 Norco Sasquatch with 2005 drop off forks and i want less travel on them, they are quite old but it will cost a lot less to service.

well if they work sweet, i wouldnt see the problem, unless u wanted an upgrade.

No, you cannot lower them without specific replacment cartridges. Appart from expensive, specifically tuned ones, I dare say it isnt an option Im affraid.
If your fork is in need of a service, it should only put you back $60 or there abouts at your bike shop. Marzocchis tend to be able to cope with longer 'between service' periods then alot of bikes due to the nature of the open bath lubricating design. While yeah, they are an old fork (by comparison...) they are by no means 'out of date' and are easily tuned for your riding styles anyways by means of oil height, weight as well as spring/air pressures also.
