red bull rampage. i would say it will probably take over in terms of popularity to the world dh champs. its just soooo much more market able. and bloody hell does it look good? agreed?

interesting point you make. come on its awesome how much these dudes can push themselves on bikes that most of us can afford. most. but its just unreal to see someone slowly making there way down the dh track on there nice new shinny gemmini (cannondale) and then seeing cedric ripin it on one sooooo superbly.

i went to watch the first one and it was awesome. everybody just had a great time. and from what i've heard it's just getting bigger and better each time.

Its the sickest event around, its not just a huckfest or anything thats wot i like about it, it proves that ppl with big balls like bender need more than that (he stacked it after like 20 metres of riding).

Yeah full agreeance. There's this section where u have 2 hit a massive drop, turn the bike in mid air and land on a tiny bit of single track thats like 20cm wide!! If thats not skill i dont know what is!

i get nervous just watchin the vids eh...if i was riding one of those comps i think i would poo my pants with anticipation.

What is the deal with spectators at those events? You never see a lot of people there, just media, yet people here say they have been...? Could i and the average joe down the road just rock up and watch??

if it's like the first one, then yep. the reason they didn't have many first time is because it wasn't advertised for spectaters, just riders.
don't know if thy are charging tho.

the red bull in australia is no spectators only media and invited people. it sucks. it would be insanely mad to watch. i watched red bull ride at a nightclub the other night it was sweet all my friends got to see what i do!!!
