Another Noob, Got a simple question.

Hey fella's.
i'm new to the sport of DH but so far am loving it! Problem is I don't own a bike yet, but I have a mate who is selling a bike its a '05 Specialized demo 80ii and I must say its a sweet ride. He is asking 2K for it. Is this the right price i should be payin for a 4 year old bike or should i try to go lower??

it really depends Mate. Post up a spec list of the bike. That will help out alot.

It sounds good and like the guy above me said mates rates generaly are pretty good. It bacicaly depends on the condition of the bike to ay, cause he could have trashed it, plus you should probably check the specs cause the standard specs are good but he might have down graded some bits.
