Just a couple of questions,steerer tube length,travel and how urgently would they need a service. Are they still rideable as is?

steerer 222mm, travel 8.1 inches and yes still very rideable havnt been used in a year so probly just might need to be worn in a little bit.. (they have been feeling a little bit sticky according to bike shop)
