Hey mate, I'm looking for a bike for a mate at the moment...

* How do the brakes perform? Do they stop at least? :p (Never heard of ARMOR)
* What kind of condition are the front forks in? (Seals/stanchion condition in particular)

The brakes stop, but i have been having trouble with the front brake at the moment. It will probably need a new set of brakes quite soon (farkin could help you out with that :) ).

The forks are in good condition. It has travel adjustment up to 130mm, but the travel adjust knob has broken (they were like this when I bought them off my mate) so you just use a pair of pliers to adjust the travel. No scratches on the srabcgions and the seals do no leak any oil.

Again, this is a good little bike, it just need some work done to the brakes (proably just adjusting). Frame, fork, wheels and drivetrain all work good.

I have ridden woodford to Glenbrook and other XC tracks and it does everthing just fine.

The price is very negotiable as well :)
