hi,
just to let u all know what's going on with the possible building at Masidon.

We have 13 acres up there so land's not a problem. I am thinking of having alotta stuff, jumps, north-shore and some fun singletrack.
Dunno when we can go build but I've talked to my parents and once done all people are free to go up and ride whenever they want however:

If anyone is hurt and tries to sue or go legal it will be shut-down (there will be warning signs)!

When riding stay away from our house.

Land boundries will be marked, stay in them!

Try to prevent erosion and maintain trails.

Have fun.

I know I/we haven't even started building yet but I've got nothing beter to do and i thought I may as well let u all know this now.

Also, who the hell wants to help me build and how much does it cost to get good north-shore stuff build and maintained?

And here's my disclaimer form for the mtb park with 14 chairlifts that I haven't opened yet... ;)

I'll help build. Good NS stuff costs you whatever you want in wood, if it's "good" it won't need maintenance for a very very long time.

hey, i have nothing better to do...I could do my english but....nah, i'll make another post.
also, is it normal to have like a donations sorrta thing to pay for "maintainance" (see slab) or is it just empty tour pockets and let the people enjoy it?

Don't buy wood, ask builders n stuff if they have any excess stuff that isn't suitable for them to build with (ie leftovers, warped stuff etc) and get it from them. Lots cheaper, it's legal, and best of all, it's CHEAPER ;)

oh, oh, we know builders as family friends AND our house at macedon is being built now so i'll see if i can get them to leave scraps there. If we dont use them my parents will still keep them firewood
