What fork should I get?
Im looking at a new pair of DNM USD180 for $600
Second Hand Stratos MX6 for $350
Second Hand Shockworks Big One for $500
Second Hand Marzocchi JRTs for $600
what would you reccomend?
thanks
any more suggestions? POST IT!!!!!
2nd hand 02 7 inch boxxer or a 2nd hand 03 boxxer race are pretty good forks that you should be able to find for about the $700 mark, much better than the JrT IMHO.

they look good 4 sure. but they are the flexiest, crappies thing i've ever ridden.. they rebound is either rocket fast or slow as shit... not to mention the bottoming! sounds like a freakin car crash!!
IMO..

Can't comment on the flex... but ride Jamo's ones. They're plush as, and the rebound is fully adjustable ANYWHERE IN BETWEEN rocket fast or turd slow. Don't know about the bottoming though, since I never got to bottom them.

the forks that i rode had adjustable rebound too, but it was useless because it was impossible to find anything inbetween rocket fast and turd slow...

oh god i hope that last ones a joke.
i got a set of 2nd hand trixxys on wed, and have had nothing but trouble with them.
i'm in the process of getting them completely rebuilt, in the hopes the flextastic ride and the severe stiction and bottoming and topping and the leaking and the oil and twisting and pain with horrile noise and the.......
uhh, yeah, i hope that they will be better anyway.
at the moment i am wishing i had stuck with my old z4 bombers. they felt way better than these things.
