In early 2004, Evil Bikes teamed up with Canadian born riding icon Chris Donahue. Soon after, Chris began working with the Evil engineering team to develop a signature model frame that would be fitting of the Donahue and Evil names. Recently, Chris has been shredding the streets and trails of his native B.C. Canada on a new Evil prototype.

Is it coming to oz or what??
most impressive thing about it is the price
esepcially since the Sovereign is meant to be about $800US
definately a fan of it so far, put it down on the To Buy List  (when funds allow)
i just want to know besides slight possible geometrical differences
what else is different between the DOC and Sovereign Frames?
The DOC looks like a perfect all round hardtail SS, which could excel in most areas.

Looks like a bit of dirt bike styling on those sliding dropouts  just in the reverse direction.
Sick looking frame, gotta love that red!

From experience, expect to pay around about 2x the U.S. price to land the frame in Aus.
So, for the D.O.C. at US$450, i'd be expecting to pay around the AU$1000 mark.
Still cheap, just not that cheap.

yeah your right on that, but i'm heading over to the states/canada later in the year so :P
$5 says Norco.au won't bring them in to Australia, so you'll end up importing them yourself. Even if you land it for under a grand, that's still damn cheap in my books considering the features it has and the level of engineering gone in to it.

Considering the HT frames that are talked up on these forums that retail for around the 1500 mark for a fairly generic Al frame, the DOC it is "that cheap".
