$400.00 firm. They are a great set of forks...only need a new paint job, if you are worried about that sort of thing.

They don't come with a hub, only the axel

how much does a 20mm hub cost, also how much would it cost to lace one to a rim?

20mm hubs can cost from 300 bucks to 600. they are expensive little buggers. plus wheel building. its better to look for a full wheel with 20mm, much cheaper.
