Lindsay checks out a set of 8 inch boxxers to see what the fuss is about. Is 8 inches too much?.. or a must have?

Check it out here (http://www.farkin.net/page.php?p=1af428).

Good review, but damthat dam picture thinging almost had me falling off my chair, slow it down a bit!

Serriously i have found it quite hard to get used to the extra 2 inch ride on my 888's so i know what lindsey is talking about.

on a tangent i thought that lindsey was on the on the clemnceal? team

Impressed with the review. I just upgraded from '03 to '05 teams and the difference is huge. With the better damping of the '04-'05 forks they feel so much better than the '03's. It's nice to run a bit more sag and a softer spring. Keeps that front wheel tracking down the line.

great review !!!
i think it answered the question of change of geometry going from a 7"
to 8" fork - simple just run more sag and she'll be sweet

nice review. not too confident about an even slacker head angle though. I wonder if 8" is going to be the new standard, which might mean a change in head angles in the future. considering that new 8" single crown fork is out now ya gotta wonder how much is too much?
