have the "who is online" in the auto refresh

yeah basicaly the topic, would it be possible to have the who is online box at the top or bottom of the auto refresh forum?

also.. you can now specify a time for auto refresh (show topics from last hour) without it going back to the non-refreshing page.

let me know how it goes. (havent tested it much)
