How do i reduce the size of a vid?

nah i think you have to do it through a movie editing program. Choose the save quality

one ofthe following:
use a differant codec, lower the quality setting, lower the resolution, remove the sound, lower the sound quality, lower the frame rate, lower the number of key frames,
all possible within a decent video editing program such as adobe premiere
