INTENSE FACTORY RACING SECURES
WORLD CUP DH TITLE
Temecula, Ca – September 12, 2005: The Intense Cycles Factory racing effort has brought home one last prize, the overall points championship in Pro Women’s DH.
Sabrina Jonnier (Fra) did an outstanding job this season holding on to the points lead from the very first UCI race in Vigo, Spain, all the way to Fort William, Scotland.
In Men’s Pro DH, Chris Kovarik secured the number 4 spot on the podium, and
Kovarik also managed to secure the seventh spot overall in the points chase. This is an outstanding finish considering CK missed two important UCI races this year. Chris has proven to the racing world that he is not ready to stop pushing the envelope, and we should see spectacular things in the 2006 season from the comeback kid.
