View Full Version : Sydney: Tuesday 30th, Red Hill
On the city ride tonight, a proposal was put forward that we hit Red Hill for some riding, and end the day with beers and bbq.
Now I have no idea where it is or how to get there, but I know there's beer so I'll be there
So yeh, when we find out where to meet, probably meet earlyish in the day to get some decent riding in before it's too hot, then we can chill out and talk shit for the rest of the arvo whilst relaxing...
More details to come, but if you can get Tuesday off, come join us somewhere for a ride 8)

Allrighty. I can't supply the BBQ as I don't have one, but everyone's free to come around afterwards, as i'll supply beer and snacks... and i'm only 5 mins from Red Hill. A morning start would be preforable.
beer, ride(to the beach) beer, bbq :)

That's what happens when you play chicken with a rock.. and use your head!
landing on flat isn't cool.
just ask the right side of my body.
arghh haha funniest farkin day....
me attempting grizzleys on a dmr sidekick n no brakes, then gettin a flat halfway down,
j-ro's perfect 10 stack resultin in concusion
ever1 whinging on the way back up,
dirt jumping,,,gouldy goin big of the kicker but landing painfully every time,
rik literally bouncing off his arse, and not learning the first time hehe, going for world record length of a kicker to flat...
then back to squids, old cheese, kookaburra's, dodgy camerbet, and throwing cheese in someones bathroom!

Hey at least your ass isn't bruised nor your side grazed. Alas, many laughs were had, at the expense of my body and my cranks :(
Next time I'm there, I'll try and hit up most of the manmade stuff, it looks pretty smooth, and now I know what the runout is like I have more confidence.
mate there aint much of me that isnt bruised or grazed!
Which run-out? the one outta the white ladder? that thing is absolutely fuct.
the one wich no-one else was dumb enough to hit, with the run-out i got a real good look at...

A very funny day, I won't be able to look at cheese the same way again.
I went back to the jumps so I could get a lift home and what happened... Snapped the bloody chain... again.
Drivetrains and me just don't mix.
I'll be on the single speed tomorrow night.
