hey guys, sorry if this is in the wrong place but, my frame has 2 different mounting points, and it has never been explained to me the differences between the 2.

i've never really got into setup of my bike, i just love riding it :D

umm so yeh if someone could explain it to me would be much appreciated.

what the hell bikes that?
im guessing one would be for linear and one would be progressive. just play around with both and see what u like

its a Balance FS350 frame

i have played around, but i am looking for a more technical answer.

well linear means that tha suspension is the same the whole way through the stroke, while progressive means it stiffens up towards the end. maybe go on the website and email the company that mafe it
