something like an Azonic Shorty or there abouts ..
something with no height or length.

Thanks Jared .. and yeah the helicoils are an option .. but i kinda have this fear of slipping bars ..
im happy to keep hammering if something is loose but my bars need to be locked haha ..

I managed to pick up a brand new Hesselfelt Stem which came off a new bike for $50.

Hey jared, how long till you go os? Cause I am keen on them, but I won't have hte cash until after thursday next week (payday). I also live in ipswich so I won't be makeing a pilgrimige up there (until easter atleast) but, If you won't be droping in around ipswich anytime soon, I might be able to hook you up with a place to drop them off up near the uni. Let me know anyway :) Also, what length is it? 50 or 70mm?

Hey lindsay, thanx for the offer and I would be extremely grateful If you would do that for me! I picked up my frame, ex craig van harens 2003 big hit pro, hayes mag brakes, rear wheeletc Also go lx shifters, xt derailer, crank, bb and chain device so it is all comeing along nicely. I realy hope it will be up and running by easter! But if he is willing to leave it with you will have the money by the end of next week.
