Deore right hand crank (left hand is a black forged specialized- the other deore got lost:)) 175mm, good chain rings- not very worn (worth buying for these). few scuffs and stuff. Includes a sealed bottom bracket, dunno what its is but it works.

Clipless pedals and shoes by time, use a funny cleat. Size 12 ish shoe (cant see a tag). Pedal is single sided. Old but comfy.

If the thread is stuffed you can get it helicoiled at any decent bike shop, and if they charge more than 25 bucks they are ripping you off. Other wise those deore ones are there.....
