GripSport would like to announce that we are now set-up to weld Titanium.

This exotic metal has been growing in popularity with frame manufacturers, so it seemed only logical that we would buy the equipment and develop the techniques to weld it up when those frames break.

Don't ask how much... it's bloody expensive to do... but then again if you can afford a Ti frame you can afford to repair it:D

Well done, I imagine it is pretty hard to work with - you can fix my squash racquet if it breaks.

If I was buying Titanium frames, and it broke - I reckon I could afford to bin it, and buy another replacement.:)

Problem is I know a guy who deals with medical grade Ti. Always has heaps of scrap or old products he needs to get rid of but when it comes down to it he gets 2/10th of F'all for it as scrap. So basically he doesn't bother with it.

But gotta love Ti........mmmmmmmmmmm

According to a few jewellers, old Ti frames are a good source of material for Ti rings (ie wedding variety etc)
