Risk Assessment for Dirt Jumps

This is a cross posting with a thread in the dirt jump section.

Canberra Offroad Cycles is presently developing the proposal for the Gungahlin Dirt Jumps. As part of this document I will be addressing a range of issues including:
Risk Assessment
Risk Management
Signage
Management/Control of unauthorised trail/jump changes
Maintenance

If you or your club have worked officially with landholders to get authorised jump trails established in your area, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you, and if possible getting the chance to pick your brains and if possible get copies of any documentation you prepared. (No point in re-invenitng the wheel huh?)
