We're flying in on Melbourne and we were thinking bout the snowy mountains. So where are the best riding spots in the SouthEast?

We'll be travelling by van

great cheers,
Which suburbs are these? prahran? U guys gather at the bike shops? Wasn't there some good bike shop in South Yarra? Or Smith Street?
We'll be there with DH only bikes so dirt and street are a bit outta the question.

What i gathered from the site here as riding locations are the following
Thredbo
Jindabyne
Kinglake
eldion
Red Hill
ourimbah NSW
adelaide
lithgow
Mount Beauty

how far are these from one another? Which state are these in?

Won't be staying there, at least not for long. I did last year, but then i couldn't bring the bike....

Anyway, thanks for all info lads!
We'll be around in a month from now. Can't wait.

Lithgow is about 1.5-2 hours west of Sydney in the Blue Mountains......a spectacular part of the world if you ask me.

Adelaide is in South Australia.
