im building up a bmx for school n just mucking around on.
the frame and forks are getting powder coated black, im picking up some profile cranks next week off a mate which are also going black and everything else is staying the same colour it is now.
like or hate?
tell me please.

ps. im looking for a new rear wheel with an 11 tooth driver. less than a hundred :) .
NO BRAKES UNLESS I BUY A 990 MOUNT

the rear wheel is an alex dm18 rim with a gt racing hub. with an almost brand new axle. 14mm
and an acs claw fat 14 tooth free wheel

yeah pretty much. pretty sure it fits odyssey drivers, like tuffneck hubs

the frame/ forks and cranks got grit-blasted yesterday and its being powder-coated tonight.
i got a set of profile cranks for 150.
now i need a 39 tooth sprocket because the rear is 14 and i dont want to buy a new rear wheel.
and i need a chain...

gritt-blasted!!!
its going all gloss black with an annodised red headset and a silver stem and seatclamp.
and maybe a gold chain?? :rolleyes:

looks good for mucking around but once you spray it it will look way better. I especially like the birdbath in the background though:p

na mate im not spraying it , im getting it powder-coated so hopefully it'll be alot more dureable than just paint :)

That bike is going to be able to break the sound barrier if you can push that gear properly. Should be an excellent bike to get around on :)
