Goatfarm Ride, Sunday 28 December.

Allright who here wants to come for a few DH runs at the goatfarm on the 28 december, a sunday.

We can also fark around at the bottom of the track and go down chutes etc, heaps fun place.

You would probably bring a bag with heaps of water and some food, maybe even a esky :P

So anyone interested?

i dunno where it is but its DH DJ and XC i believe bit over grown tho..

Yeah I have heard from some guys that ride Goat farm alot there have been a few snake sightings, and one of them even thought he saw Steve Irwin chasing one but i think hes full of shit haha.

why dont we make a hike to somewhere like dwellingup or mundaring were there is shade and not ornage gravel which would make it hotter

(oh and this offer is extended to anyone requiring someone to capture their outing/event)

Fuzzy has a point - it's going to be a scorcher summer this year and goatfarm is just rocks and grass. Although - it'd be great to get people out who haven't ridden there yet - perhaps we should organise a Perth Summer Tour with fortnightly trips to some of Perth's varied locations eg Mundaring/Jarrahdale?

i went last monday, it was hot as hell, dry dusty and the track is half washed away but it was mad fun
we culd get a few peoplz with cars n towbars n chip in sum petrol moneys
chuk a trailer on the back juz pile bikes on shuld b no problem if we culd all meet sumwhere
i need a new helmet thow but i shuld get wun soon

Yeh, I only got an analog Video camera, but I use a TV capture card to get the video onto computer :). Should be fun... I know the goatfarm ain't the best spot cause of the heat and it being heaps open, kinda forget about the heat when you are having a blast! :D
