City bike depot in the CBD are possibly going to stock a trials bike in the future but the best place to buy is on the internet. have a look at http://www.biketrialsaustralia.com/

ive heard that belrose cycles likes trials bikes but id call them up before you go cause the person that told isnt the most reliable person

Belrose bikes are great with service and are always friendly to chat with about anything to do with the bike, i recently bough a Norco A-line of the team there and i could not be happier with it.
They are into trials like fat kids are into cake, drop in with ya bike and have a chat, they might recommend something new or hook up a ride sometime?;)
