It's out in Eltham, at the end of Valonia Drive/crescent. Look up Valonia in the back of the melways (in the actual street directory), find the one that's in eltham, and see the park at the eastern end of it? That's where the jumps are.

in the fourth photo it looks like he might have overjumped it a tad, either that or you took the photo a bit later.
