Well i just bought a bike rack for the back of my mighty hyundai excell today to carry my new DH bike around. As a way of paying forward the random shuttles from strangers that have been offered to me whilst out riding im going to be shuttleling anyone who wants a lift up Mt Cootha on Sunday afternoon from about 3:45 - 5:00. All i ask is that you bring some rope/occy straps to tie down your bikes and that you tie them down yourself (becuase im lazy..). Feel free to bring your some music if you wish.
Ill be driving a silver Hyundai excell and will be parked at the bottom of Deanos near the bbq area.
For those of you who dont know me my name is Emmett.... just come up and say hi.....
Post a message here if your interested because if there is no reply ill go riding instead of driving.
Cheers Emmett

Did you read the post at all Juzza???
If the whole MTB community had the same attitude as yourself we would not be very strong as a group.
I wouldn't consider shuttling some people "wasting petrol". From my perspective wasting petrol would be, say, pouring it onto the ground.
I also fail to understand how me shuttling tommorrow is also so much different from what the Farkin crew have done with Farkin.net and i guess you dont have a problem with that based on your number of posts.
I also don't really think there is any need to justify doing a favour for somone either.

hey h-foundation

i would do a similar thing at my local track , give some of the young guys a few shuttles up the hill even put 2 fast's d8 in the back seat of my commodore a few times
i live in nsw so i wont need any shuttles , but good on you anyway .

No probs Juzza  . Somtimes it can be hard to make out the context with which somthing is written on the net unless it is explicitly written.Maybe i just have the intuition of a rock? :D
