View Full Version : 03/04 National Series - Thredbo; Jared Graves reports...
Be sure to check out Jared's report (http://www.farkin.net/page.php?p=4c5d9061992905c09b360ea019fe4beb) on his winning weekend at the recent National Downhill round in Thredbo.
Some sweet pics courtesy of Peter Denyer as well.
Nice report Jared, and congratulations. I don't really know whether $180 is that steep for race entry and lifts, if you break it down like this:
- Normal race entry: $50ish (down here anyway)
- Lift ticket for 3 days during ski season: $150ish (from memory, at other resorts such as Mt Buller)
So I suppose it works out to around what you pay, given that it's the off-season and whatnot. But yes, still pretty expensive, regardless of whether it's justified.
would be expensive when your riding in the elite field .. and your busting ya chop just to make top 50.
Is it just me or is Lindsay rocking a bullet head in this picture?
;)

Bullet head is really, really bad. I can't believe you'd even think i'd do such a thing.
