I only know of a few stair gaps in melbourne. The ones I know are:
*The ones marked with a :!: are big!

- :!: Fed Square (which there are always bloody security there)
-The 11 to 11 at the back of south bank that goes into a court yard
- :!: Triple set that i think no-one will do near the skate park
-The 5 to 15 near the concert hall
-The gap on ST. Kilda road near the freeway
-The gap that goes down from ST. Kilda road to south bank.
- :!: A few near the Department of Justice Court
-AXA
- :!: The big one on Russel St.
- :!: 2 big ones at the Tennis Centre (Rod Laver Arena)
-The one at the back of Fed SQ. that goes underneath a walk-way
- :!: Big ones at Telstra Dome

If there are anymore or if you want the direction to some of the ones that I have mentioned just post a reply to this topic.
=Cheers

theres one good one, near fed sqaure, near where the hotel is. come for a ride with me and my mates and we will show you were it is, no security guards and a great run up.
its like 19 steps and like 7 ft to the bottom.
