I might be moving to Melbourne in a couple of months, most likely on the east side. What trails are close by to say the Berswick area? Are there many trails through the Dandenongs? I have looked in the trail section on the site but I am sure there are more than that.

hahaha lol,(laugh out loud) other thread which you asked the question.
hurstbridge is like a 40 mins train ride from flinders street station(main station where all trains depart too and from). its a track that runs Downhill and at the end a little jump that pump all that adrenalin out of you. No biulding is nessasary there now, becuse thet track is nicely intact, except for those people who throw rubbish on the track, i go around picking up the trash after them

if your looking for trails closer to the eastern suburbs there are heaps in the dandenongs. a few out upper fertree gulley way and there is the occasional interesting amature trial that gets built every now and then in the nunawading tip...im a eastern suburbs boy, and i know that there are more trails in the dandys than you could poke a stick at..all you have to do is look.
