brake mounts - v upgrade

do you need different brake mounts for v-brakes and hydraulic rim brakes?

would you be able to upgrade the brakes on this norco to hydraulics afterwards?

It's called Evo(Evolution) Mounts for Magura Hydro Rim brakes, designed for installing your hydro rim brakes to any standard Vee posts

before you upgrade the brakes i'd try some good v-pads like heatsink or similar. you may be surprised how good v's can work.

i haven't even got a bike to try them on yet!
i was asking because i was looking at the Zhi zm2 on trials hive and the norco, both which come with v's. the Zhi seems to have the four tabs for hydraulics though.

Anyone wanna sell a cheap mod?

I vouch what dissapearin says...

I prefer Vee's over anything (Except Hope Trials Disc) if they're set up right, they'll perform in ways you'd never believe, and parts would always be readily available everywhere....

Whereas Hydraulics...it's good if they're set up, but simplicity isn't as nice as cable, parts are super rare to come by....BUT the thing with this is, set it up, and never touch again....
