Were does everyone get those cool images under your name?

hey guys were does one find the moving images etc, that you have under your names and the ones at the bottom of all the posts you create?

how did you make it? what programs etc?

i made it with a prgram called unfreeze. i took out a few stills from some video photage and turned them into gif files then put them into unfreeze.

you can pretty much find/steal someone else from another board or probably the best idea is to make one up yourself in photoshop or paint or something, if your not good at it ask someone who is and send them a few images that you may want on your avatar.
