I've just finished building this bike up a few weeks ago and I was looking at getting into racing. But I need some quick cash to get into a car that I've always wanted.
So, unfortunately I have to part with this awesome bike.
I have built it up with the best parts as my dream bike and no expense has been spared!
It's very, very light and yet also stiff and strong.
The fork has no rider weight limit.
It's had 4 practice rounds of the Logan track in Brisbane and could still be considered a new bike.
Never raced and definitely not crashed.
Below is the build list with replacement costs included.
Frame: Specialized S-Works Pro 21.5" TT - $1000+
Fork: Answer Scythe Pro carbon - $500
Headset: FSA Orbit Extreme Pro - $229
Wheels: Kore Hoochie Race hubs/16T driver/DT spokes/Gold alloy nips/Velocity Taipan rims/Intense Micro Nobbie 2.125" tyres - $900
Brake: Hope Mini Mono hydraulic with 160mm rotor and custom Dangerboy single finger lever - $500
Stem and seat post: Thomson Elite - $400
Seat: Fizik Pave Titanium - $250
Bar: Specialized cro-mo - $139
Cranks: Race Face Deus XC cranks/Type X bottom bracket/44T ring - $550
Pedals: Shimano PD-M424 clip in platforms - $90
Grips: Race Face/ODI lock on - $50
Replacement cost well in excess of $4000.
I'm asking for offers around $2200.
I'm very much preferring to sell as a complete bike.
Yes the fork was bought from the USA in case you're wondering and the frame was new, old stock from Melbourne.
Everything is brand new except for the stem and cranks which came off a mountain bike. The cranks look almost new but do have a few very small nicks in them.
