Have just been reading about your accident Stina. Bad luck, but glad that no long term injuries.
Not sure how to post the link here for the thread I read it on, but if someone could that would be great, as I am sure girls would want to konw the updates, and pass on the good wishes.
I hope you have a speedy recovery. Are you still going to Mt Gambier? I reckon I am going to head down, I am still injured, but would be good fun to spectate anyway!

Mate that sucks. :(

I guess because there are a lot less girls riding, it seems like we crash more, but really statistically its probably the same as the guys.

At least Stina you can say you have now been in a helicopter, even if you dont remember it.....

yeh well i do remeber one part, whilst on the drugs i came back to reality for a moment.

When i was 30 feet in the bloody air!

scared the liveing crap outa me!

I dont reccomend it.

LOL, holy crap! That would have been very surreal.

I read your post on the other thread... F@%K you did a good of yourself then. I don't envy the throwing up & being in so much pain. You poor girl :eek: I hope the specialists results come with good news. Take it easy on yourself & heal properly. I don't think I'll race Mt G this year seeing there is no one to have fun with :( I came off the bike there 2 weekends ago & superman'd my fullface through a rotten tree stump and grazed my right boob! Looks like a tiger attacked me, LOL Just goes to show how quickly things can turn to shit when riding some places.

Will you be well enough to travel over to the Gee? Some of the boys that met you last year racing are looking forward to catching up with you again :) They think you are cool :cool:

all the best for the recovery ay... it sux to hear when ppl get hurt.....

make sure everything heals up good before you get back on the bike... believe me its less hassle in the long run....

anyway glad to hear things turned out not as bad as first thought and that given time you will mend....

Woohoo! (on coming to the Mount) I can't wait.... maybe a small woohoo for the 'end of pink', LMAO......... oh I'm just kidding. You're much easier to spot in the pinky's, plus it suits ya & I'm actually getting used to it :D

Jayne, convince the u13's to race in one of my categories & I'll ride!! I'll be lonely if I have to race on my own & win just cos no one else showed up, LOL There needs to be at least 4 so I can come last & not make a speech on the podium. Seriously, that scares me more than going down the hill!!!!! Silly I know but I have a phobia :o

It was a big worry seeing the chopper on Sunday this was you earlier in the day being 'pink'
