First time posting is Phat Snaps - I'm nervous :p

Got a still camera in light of lots of up-coming travel, and the idea that I should have a still camera of some sort. It's a pretty standard Canon non-SLR digi camera.

Anyway, I'm keen to hear your thoughts! Tell me what I should try/do differently.etc.

Nice work Sam. I know the feeling, bit nervous aye:p. I love the pictures of the HVX, it's just drooling material. I can't wait till i get my new video camera... I guess ill talk to you soon and see you on the hill :)

WOW, that camera takes some amazing pictures thats for sure.

Yeah I am jealous, wouldn't mind something like that to take pics of people's riding. :D

I think it's because the camera in the pictures is a video camera.

New camera is a still camera - the camera I took pictures of is the video camera (which is also fairly new).

So, I used a still camera to take the pics...

I like them all demo man! If you want my total unprofessional opinion, i think the one of the plant would look better with the focus point on the tip. *puts flame suit on*
