I've Read plenty bout not running triple clamp forks on h/tails.
but........

dont have all parts yet for my giant DH comp, got a pair of DNM USD-180's yesterday (dirt cheap (suck my balls)), and hanging to see how they feel.
Would I be safe to run em in my 05 norco 250 (steel, gussetts, n dont know if it matters but 26" wheels) for one day?

(have an STP frame to back me up if it does break)

On a similar note anyone know where I can find a BB with a 100mm shell?

Use them on the STP in the first place, then you will be the coolest kid on the block  but it should be alright, what riding will you be doing?

ken oath. it'll give you a crappy idea of the true quality/shittiness of the forks too. just wait for the dh comp or whatever it was.

are you sure its a 100mm bb? i think chainreactioncycles.co.uk could sort you out

I had tripples on my 2005 Norco Havoc.
IMO, Havocs are and always have been the choice bike for all beginners, decent parts, geometry and ''feel''.;)

i suggest not..i owned a pair of dnm's same forks as yours for a while and they are very heavy, i suggest not on a STP
