Hadleys have a 108 engagement point hub. I think Chris King made something similar?

I think he meant a driver, as in on a cassette hub.

What are some trials brands? I'd like the quickest pickup possible.

Harder to get smaller sizes- but echo, tensile and others rebadged.
Do shimano still do the roller clutch freewheels?

There are a few trials freewheels around.
Echo- make an 18t, not sure how many engagment points (72 I think).
Onza, Tensile- 60 Engagment points, 6 Pawls - 3 Pawls Engage at once.
18t.
Try All- make the "108.9" 108 engagment points, 9 pawls -3 pawls engage at once.
16,17 and 18t.
White Industries, Eno trials- 72 engagment points, 6 pawls - 3 pawls engage at once.
Green, 18t.
White Industries, Eno standard- 36 engagment points, 3 Pawls - 3 pawls engage at once.
Blue, 16t.
Red, 17t-22t.
There are probably a few more.
The Eno Trials freewheel (Green 18t) seems to be able to stand up to the abuse trials puts through freewheels.
It is what most of the trials guys use and reccomend.

Thanks Trail Snail and all others.
I'm after this to try on my Lahar however,so what do you think would be best for high speed rotation? I'm guessing a six pawl one,but maybee nine would be better,I'm just guessing nine would have smaller parts and perrish quicker.

the white eno freewheels look sweet & are well sealed unlike the cheap bmx units. might give one a go when the acs dies. they used to make a very trick (expensive) titanium version (no longer though). surprisingly, the engagement on this bike doesn't bother me; i originally thought it was going to be an issue with two hubs ratcheting. i'd be curious to see what difference the trials version makes regardless.

Yeah I can't say I notice any lag either, but better is better, even if it's miniscule. XY9ine,I'm also going to try ceramic bearings, apparently lighter, stronger and 4% less drag. But rediculously expensive, and I can't find anyone doing them in #6906 for the Lahars headset and BB. Or the hub or Rohloff ones either.
The white Industries ENO freewheel has the most proven track recored for trials riders, they have been around for a long time and work well.

Newer to the market is the Tryall freewheel, these seem to be holding up but its still early days.

You might find that a trials hub with 70-90 engagements has a lot more drag which you don't really want for DH.
