Hi guys,
can anyone tell me what a service on Rockshox boxxer WCs costs? Ive been trying to get it out of my LBS for over a week now but they keep "forgetting".
Cheers

Seals are $49, service kit is $49- this includes ALL o-rings, new foot bolts and circlips- with plenty of other spares.
So it depends exactly what you want done.

What year model are they? I did my 04 world cups few weeks back. Having never serviced boxxers before, but been keen to learn, the use of a downloaded page from the RS site helped immensly. The only cost was new oil..seals didnt need replacing. Took no more than 2 hours including removing from and replacing on my bike.
If they are 04's I'll give you the link. Think they cover another year model aswell, cant remember of top of head

Honestly do them yourself.
I did my first set last weekend, was a piece of cake.

Just got my 04 teams serviced recently ... $60 ... pretty much oil only, as they are practically new (bought in '06, not ridden in '07 - 6 rides max).
I thought that was expensive, but looks to be on par with others.
I'll try a DIY next time for sure.

Thanks heaps for posting that video Mike.:)
Boxxers are probably the most user-friendly forks ever made, they are EXTREMELY easy to work on. Download the service manuals off the RS site and do it yourself, it's really not hard and unless you're totally retarded you aren't likely to destroy anything in the process.
I converted my team to WC last night, it was the first time I've cracked the MoCo style boxxers open and I found it very easy.
I vote DIY, the sooner people learn to start working on their own bikes the sooner they can start saving a lot of dollars!
