Howzit, After to much mucking round Iv gotten to Perth from NZ to chase some work but also need to hook up with some riders. I'm early 30's and thrashing a P2 at the mo after flicking off my bulldozer of a D8 dh rig. Also need to find a decent shop as I discovered both rails on my seat were cracked so binned it before I came over. Txt on 0450113208. Cheers

www.wafreeride.com and
www.perthmtb.com

They are both fairly busy forums that have a huge range of riders. Perthmtb.com mainly has crosscountry people, but WAFR has more DH and street.

A group of us on WAFR ride DH pretty much every weekend, but this time of the year its getting abit hot and with xmas coming we havnt been riding quite as much.

Hope thats some help

As far a riding shop goes, you can't go passed hi-way cycles on albany hwy. Great guys, sponsors on the local race circuit and definately know a lot about bikes. Good prices too, check it out.

heya, welcome to wa, definelty check out wafreeride.com, its got lots of people on it, and all are friendly to new people

in terms of a bike shop, the 3 top shops are Cottesloe cycles(19 station st cottesloe), her sister shop Carine cycles(duncraig rd carine), and Hi-way cycles.

where abouts are you located in perth?

I'd rate Georges Cycle right up there.

Yup Perth here to. Up for a ride anytime. You can find me around Belmont every arvo. Hit the park once or twice a week and generally just muck about in the streets the other nights. Always have my dog in tow :)

Where are you living?

Yeah Hi-ways rock, alot of top end stuff. TBE Belmont have a good crew behind the desk. And I've always liked Cyclerama, get treated well there.
