Was he a hero? He sure had balls but the things he did weren't so much heroic as incredibly foolhardy. RIP nonetheless.

Of course he was a hero. He had the balls (and a fair dose of crazy) to go massive, on utterly inappropriate and insufficient machinery.

The man tried to jump a canyon on a rocket powered bike, he was incredible.

I don't usually care when someone dies, but this time I do; RIP Evel.
